Note: Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you upon shipment from 110 South Streetwear shipping location. However, it is 110 South’s policy to replace product lost or damaged in transit at no cost to the customer.

110 South Streetwear Inc. Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it for a refund or merchandise credit, within 30 days of the original purchase.
All gear must be in unworn, as new condition, with all price tags intact. 110 South Streetwear Inc. will not accept orders without the original tags and receipt/packing slip. Orders past 30-day deadline will not be accepted.
Please use the following return process:
1. Please contact the 110 South Streetwear Inc. at customerservice@110south.com, to request a Return Authorization (RA). The RA request must be made within 30 days of the original order in accordance with 110 South Streetwear’s return policy (noted above).
2. Once an RA number has been issued. The Customer Care team member will also provide you with information on how to return the product to 110 South Streetwear.
3. In order to speed up the process, the product must be returned to the 110 South Streetwear warehouse within14 business days of the issuance of the RA.
NOTE: 110 South Streetwear recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to 110 South Streetwear or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.

110 South Streetwear endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current 110 South Streetwear products. Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of shipping) plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. 110 South reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at www.110south.com, www.110southstreetwear.com, and www.110southstreetwearstore.com at any time.

Sales Tax
110 South Streetwear purchases will include California sales tax for all orders with a shipping address within the state of California. The invoice that 110 South Streetwear mails to you will include any applicable sales tax.
